At this point we are counting 37 local & regional breweries, more than 80 domestic & international breweries for more than 225 beers in the general tasting and another 40+ High gravity beers in the VIP.  We are still looking in our cellar to expand the VIP rooms menu even more.

Dinner is sold out and the weekend is getting close so don’t wait.  Cheers.

My favorite time of year.  Ordering the beer for the festival.  Of course this will change so please be aware.  Some will go away and some will be added.  I know a lot of the local breweries have said they are bring in some additional, but haven’t locked that in yet.

Beer Dinner Update 2/1/13 :

Here is the 1st draft of the menu.  We met with Evan last week at the tasting bar and he graciously walked us through the beers while Tony bounced suggestions around the table.  Here is what we have so far…

Aubree-Belgian Amber

ABV: 4%, Bitterness Units: 20 IBU

Bruschetta w/duck prosciutto,figs and goat cheese. bruschetta w/fresh mozz, basil and grape tomatoes

ABV: 5.6%, Bitterness Units: 13.7 IBU

Just went to the darkest corner of the Malt House and pulled the vintage and reserve beers that we cellared over the past year.  This is the first year that we have held bottles and we will be featuring them this year and possibly offer a comparison to a recently brewed version so we can see how the age has affected the beers.
