When is the Centennial Beer Festival?

Monday, February 19th – Saturday, February 24th, 2018

Where will the event be held?

The event is held at Moulin Events & Meetings, 2017 Chouteau Ave, St. Louis 63103 at the Historic Schnaider Brewery Malt House.

Do you have food available?

Yes there are a variety of options to purchase food:

-Food will be available on the 2nd floor festival tasting floor near the stairwell entrance for purchase.

-PW Pizza’s menu will be available for dine-in, take out or at 21st Street Brewer’s Bar for purchase.

-Vin de Set will offer 1/2 price appetizers for all festival attendees and is often less busy than PW Pizza or the bar.

-The VIP session includes snack food with your ticket.

What is the Menu for the Thursday Night Cathedral Square Dinner?

We are working on the beer dinner menu and will let you know as soon as it’s available!

Do you sell Designated Driver Tickets?

Designated Tickets are available at the door for $15 per guest.  They do not include a beer glass, but guests will get unlimited sodas from the bar on the 2nd floor

Do you have Parking?

Yes, we have more than 200 complimentary spots for guests including our lots adjacent to the building and on the south side of Chouteau Avenue next to the Phillips 66 Gas station.  There is also street parking.  We will also offer valet at a $4 charge per auto.   The Marriott Residence Inn on Jefferson provides shuttle if you book a room and arrange in advance.

Do not park in other businesses parking lots as they may tow.  We strongly encourage car pooling, alternate transportation and public transportation if you are able.

Do you accept Credit Cards and is there an ATM?

We will accept credit cards for tickets, merchandise and food.  We have an ATM at the Vin de Set entrance with the black awning.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets are on sale December 1, 2017!

Where do I purchase tickets and where do I enter?

All guests with tickets or wishing to purchase tickets should enter on the 21st Street side of the building.  This is the opposite side of the building from Vin de Set and PW Pizza.   It is on the west side of the building.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes.  We will sell tickets at the door, but please be aware that we have sold out in previous years and had to turn guests away.  Tickets may not be available for the session that you would like

Do I need my ticket? Do I need to print my ticket? If I can't go can I give my ticket to another person? Can I refund my ticket if I can't attend?

You may print your ticket, display it on your phone or device or bring your ID if the ticket is in your name to enter.

You can give your physical ticket to another person and that will allow them to enter.

If someone attempts to photocopy a ticket, the 2nd person with the photocopy will be denied entry.

Sorry there are no refunds.  All ticket sales are final.

 

I have VIP tickets. Where do I enter and can I enter early?

All ticket holders will enter on the 21st Street side of the building.  VIP will be checked in first and as early as 15 minutes prior to start time.  Please understand that we will do this as able if the breweries are prepared for guests.

Is there entertainment?

Yes we have live entertainment on the 2nd floor for Friday and Saturday.   They are usually great and never too loud to disrupt the conversation with the breweries.

Do you have festival shirts or items for sale?

Yes, we are selling festival items including t-shirts, hats and possibly more for sale. We also have additional partners that sell beer related clothing and items so shop away!

I see the Food Bank is involved. Can you tell me more?

Yes,   The St. Louis Area Foodbank’s Young Professional Board has partnered with the Centennial Beer Festival in the past few years to raise money to feed our region’s hungry.

The St. Louis Foodbank’s volunteers donate their time at the festival and in return the Centennial Beer Festival donates money.  In addition the proceeds for the onsite raffle for “Beer for a Year” and other great prizes goes to the Food Bank.  Each year we think of more ways to raise more money for the Foodbank.

What's behind the name and how is the festival organized?

The festival is named after our building the Centennial Malt House which was built in 1876 and served as the malt house for Schnaider Brewery.  The two buildings are the only remaining buildings of the brewery are home to Vin de Set rooftop Bar & Bistro, PW Pizza and 21st Street Brewer’s Bar.   The festival takes place on the three floors that encompass the private events spaces of Moulin Events and the Malt House Cellar.
